"Caught in the Crossfire" refers to situations in which a home inspector gets caught in the middle between other parties to the real estate transaction or situations in which an inspector becomes involved in a conflict with another person.

Conflict avoidance and resolution requires skills that must be learned, developed, and continuously refined. Enrollment in the course includes an electronic copy of the book "Caught in the Crossfire - A Home Inspector's Guide to Conflict Avoidance and Resolution" by George Wells, MBA, CMI.

George Wells, author of the 1992 book "Conflict and Labor Unions" has been involved in conflict resolution for more than 25 years. He spent five years as a union representative and head of a collective bargaining team. George has more than 20 years experience as a business owner, business consultant and engineering manager.
