Decision making involves weighing one or more options against each other. Introduction To Scientific Decision Making introduces you to the concept and techniques of using structured approaches to making important business decisions.
This is a hybrid Interactive and Self-study course approved for FOUR CEU's for InterNACHI and CMI. You are required to participate in a live session of approximately one hour and study independently for at least three hours to earn your CEU's. Your independent Study will include one homework assignment. Decision making software will be provided. MS Office 2003 or newer is required for the Decision Making software.
